Need help

I have been doing pretty well so far in my weight loss but I am having a problem with my nutrition. I get my fitness no problem but I am sooooooo tempted when it comes to sweets, or cheesy puffs or whatever else is in front of me! Its not a problem of being hungry, and I know the difference. It is simply that, at times, I cannot say no. Also, when it comes to food I am much like an alcoholic. If I start eating something, I eat it until its gone, or I feel blah.
Yes stress is a problem & I realize I am "eating my stress" but how do I just say NO! ????

Have Shawn hide the snacks? Have you tried an occasional low dose of phentermine?0
