Need help

I have been doing pretty well so far in my weight loss but I am having a problem with my nutrition. I get my fitness no problem but I am sooooooo tempted when it comes to sweets, or cheesy puffs or whatever else is in front of me! Its not a problem of being hungry, and I know the difference. It is simply that, at times, I cannot say no. Also, when it comes to food I am much like an alcoholic. If I start eating something, I eat it until its gone, or I feel blah. :( Yes stress is a problem & I realize I am "eating my stress" but how do I just say NO! ????

    Have Shawn hide the snacks? Have you tried an occasional low dose of phentermine?

    lol. Shawn IS the reason we would have any of these snacks! But I've never heard of that???

    It's an appetite suppressant and works pretty well.
