200+ to Lose

Hi there!
I started using MFP to track my meals and managed to lose 26 pounds so far but still have about 100+ to go. Trying to take it one day at a time, exercise and pick the healthier choices as I barely have enough time prepare my meals. I won´t lie, it´s getting harder as days go by, especially because my co-workers are reaching their ideal weights and are losing interest in tracking calories and planning your days.
Any way, I know the feeling. Keeping yourself motivated is a big part of the process and sometimes wearing those jeans and shirts that didn´t use to fit is not enough. Anyone who wants to talk and share their journeys with me is more than welcome.

Hi all, just wondering if this group is still active? I used to be in an Over 40 Group here (a few years ago), but it seems to be inactive now. I have 200+ to lose (down 34# since 11/29/16) and looking for friends and support. Thanks!0
