Diatostis Recti: Any suggestions for exercises

After having two large babies, my abdominal muscles split and even now with my youngest just turning 3 people ask me if I'm pregnant. Does anyone have any exercises that worked for them to repair their DR? Should I avoid doing planks or crunches? Thanks

My gap was only 1 inch and it was at the top and bottom. If yours is bigger, try to get a referral to a post natal physical therapist. Do stay away from doing crunches and planks. Hope the video helps:-)1 -
I used to do T-Tapp routines. I remember from their forum that some posters had closed gaps with T-Tapp. Here is a link to the main website https://t-tapp.com/. If you search the forums, you can probably find threads about it. Good Luck!0

I also had a very significant gap (4 fingers) after my two babies and found physio super helpful. Try and find one that specializes in pelvic floor health and they should be able to help you.1
