    Hello all! Day 29: 50 squats. 20 plié squats, 20 kickbacks and 30 second plank to start my day. Painting again today, too!

    Good morning challenge friends! Day 30!! Started with 50 squats and 20 plié squats. A good 45 minute walk completes my 30 day challenge! Wish my emojis worked here, because there would be an entire row of big grins! Much love and health to all!

    I totally fell off the wagon for a while. Back and this is day one. Doing some wii dance work outs when I get home. (20 minutes)

    If any of you are in Oklahoma, or close, and are horsey folk: I am going to a toy for tots benefit trail ride and chili dinner at Lake Carl Blackwell on November 12th. Would love it if anyone could join. If my mom and friend do not go, I have one beginner friendly and one intermediate rider level horses available. If I can get someone/s to go with, I plan to camp out and fish, and if weather permits, swim. I have a weekender package in my trailer.

    Day 2 (1-29) Horseback riding 90 minutes, 10 minute cardio work out video, Detailed and hand washed my husband's car.
    Day 3 (1-30) Elliptical 20 minutes, Ab day at gym

    Day 5 (2-1) Swimming 20 minutes, stationary bike 20 minutes, 3 sets 5 crunches, leg day at gym

    Day 6 (2-2) 10 minute biggest loser cardiovascular level 1, 40 minute dog walk, 3 sets of 10 crunches, 3 sets of 10 flutter kicks

    Day 8 (2-4) Horse grooming 10 minutes (Most of day was taken up with hair salon and casino (won 300 bucks!))
    Day 9 (2-5) Horseback riding 30 minutes, horse grooming 10 minutes, Cleaning hour, walk 2 hours, 10 minutes just dance wii
    Day 10 (2-6) Swimming 30 minutes, 10 minute biggest loser ab video, 20 minutes just dance wii
