My beginning is now. Day one

Starting over, this is day one.. Started back on only water intakes, avoiding all juices & caffeine beverages. That's my goal for one.

    Any pointers on how to stay motivated & keep on track with meal plans? I'm terrible at it. Please

    this is day 2 for me of using a App.. meal prep in really important always have good food ready to go and stay focused, it will become a habit soon enough (or so i hope... lol)
