Ive made a good start with this app BUT I'm not getting anywhere with collating my stats for the weight training I'm doing. I can put in the reps and the sets but when I try and guess how to put the weight of each rep and add to my exercise it just comes out as --- so I get no credit for it. Its frustrating as I coped well with all the cardio inputs and I'm not that techy. Can anyone give me a tip. Thanks

When logging a strength training exercise, there should be a sets box, a reps per set box and a weight box. If you mean it doesn't register on the cardio tab, there is an exercise called strength training which will guesstimate how many calories you burned during your workout session.0
