Hi, I'm Stephanie and I'm making a concious effort to finally get in shape. Weight loss and increased energy are my primary concerns but overall, I want to be healthy! I seem to have more difficulty committing to exercise than healthy eating, so encouragement is welcomed!

i definitely need some motivation too. i do go to gym like 3-4 times a week. at least im not too lazy. but i love to eat i hope to control it much better with this app...0

Hi, I need some motivation to eat more, i'm slim and find it difficult to eat lots of food for weight gain.
