Lose those 10 last annoying pounds

Hi all I'm 38 years old a mother of one adorable girl, started my journey a year ago already lost 23 pounds ( that was easy) now I'm trying to lose my last 10. I Want to reach 125 pounds and gain 5 pounds of muscle, i love fitness I can help with fitness tips, macros calculating and meal prepping.

    I am trying to gain five pounds of muscle too! I'm 5'4", 118 pounds and 56. Any suggestions?

    I'm 39, have 3 kids and have the same goal weight! These last 10 are sticking and I'd appreciate any and all tips and encouragement :)

    Recalibrate your goals, you are smaller now so need less calories. Go to goals, select "maintenance" save. Then back to the lose weight setting.

    I am at those last 5lbs myself after losing 25lbs. I decided to cut alcohol out to push myself to the goal.

    I'm on those last 7-10 pounds also.
    Iv lost 10 already so just over half way
    Iv massively upper my workouts just get there

    I just hit the ten pound mark and I am struggling to lose the pesky pounds! It was so much easier before

    I have 10-15 to go....down 75 already. 32, mom of 4 (8,7,5,2).
