I am doing more and more exercise but seemed to have slowed down

  • It sounds like you have hit a paleto. Don't get discouraged. Sometimes redoing your goals and even changing up your routine really make a difference. He same routine that worked two month ago, doesn't always work today. Try fitnessblender.com or YouTube for some free workouts. Another thing, diet is a huge part of weight loss. Start looking at some ways to incorporate and change certain areas. We can always improve :) don't get discouraged. Good luck!
