Hi... I need help please. How do I add meals/drinks that are not I'm my recent/favorite etc? Trying to add my coffee and can't. I appreciate the help.

    That's the USDA database entry. It includes the very few calories that are in a cup of coffee (and, I think, 1 g of protein in two cups), as well as the 116 g of potassium in a cup, IIRC.
    As @malibu927 said, you'll need to log separately any thing you add like sugar, cream, flavored syrup.
    If you're getting an on-the-menu specialty coffee drink from a place like Starbucks, you may be able to find entries that already include milk and syrup, but you'll want to check them against the store's website.
