Hi, just wanted to share this for any 55+ members looking for similar age friends to share and receive support and advice from each other. A lot of nice people have already joined. Look in groups for Mature Adults support, motivation and sharing 55+

Hey Rick,
Looking to join a 55+ group for support and advice. I'll be 60 in a few weeks...yahoo! Got off the couch and started my weight release/exercise/healthy eating on June 27. Lost 13.4 lbs so far, started exercising 6 days per week, and tracking food intake. Feels like I'm doing real well but would like additional support from a group.2 -
I searched and it didn't come up. And I don't have time to look through the 1400 pages. Is there some other way to get to it?0
