I was in Starbucks today and this woman walked in these tight black yoga pants and with the sun shinning right on them I can see her pink panties, do women actually know about this and enjoy showing off??? Hahaha

I hovered between 183 and 181 for what seemed like a month and a half. One week I said hell with it and ate at maintenance level and then the next week went low cal and the following week hit 178.5. Just played with my mind though. Do something different. Almost doesn't even matter what- just change it up.

I had trouble losing the last bit, too. So I stopped being such a knucklehead and tightened up my calories but mainly didn't eat anything when I wasn't hungry. Since I have a tendency to mindless snack at night, eating when I wasn't hungry actually cut the mindless snacking out...calories allotment or not.

So my advice is stop being a knucklehead. ;)
