Looking for active friends, preferably with open diaries. I prefer quality over quantity when it comes to friends. I am vegetarian, trying to get into running ( I love it - just so out of shape). I also need to make more time for strength training to help me in reaching my goals.
I need to lose about 50lbs, but my main goal is to be fit & healthy. I already feel so good with the weight I have lost and the strength and endurance I've gained.1 -
