I'm doing the ketogenic diet! First time doing this type of diet (or any diet, really) and could use some friends who have similar diet plans, stories, goals, or just anyone who is serious about a lifestyle change. Decided to post about it because of the subreddit /r/keto. Seems like a good community to reach out to!
