Wondering which other people think is better
I love 30ds, but get soo bored very fast with it. Hate the strength moves but love the cardiovascular and abs.
RI30 is less boring to me and I love how there's 3 strength moves in one circuit but not a fan of the cardio or the abs
Thinking get of just combining them in a sense, but thought I'd post for opinions.

You could alternate which one you do. Twice a week do 30ds and twice a week do ri30. I love both but get bored doing the same routine for 10 days. I love all of Jillians workout videos. When I did them I would switch back and forth between different one. Her body revolution one is amazing and has a lot more variety1

Thank you for this post!! I'm not concerned about the boredom as much as losing weight! Which of you two do you girls think will help me lose more weight?0

I liked ripped in 30 better. I find the 30 day shred is too hard on my knees0

For 30DS How do you count in your exercise, is there an overall per level? Or do you break it down to each individual exercise?0

I found I lost more weight doing 30ds, but I looked better after doing ri30.1 -
30DS is better of you are over 160 lbs. I did the 30 DS for 60 days and lost about 38 lbs. I wanted to change so I tried RI30. It was too hard at that weight and derailed me from exercise.mariamhaq2016 wrote: »Thank you for this post!! I'm not concerned about the boredom as much as losing weight! About 200 calories per every 20 minutes, but Google the question and then look under image results. You will find the equation used to figure it more accurately for your weight.Sapphires4me wrote: »For 30DS How do you count in your exercise, is there an overall per level?
