Would you call Insanity??

Would one consider the "insanity" dvds HIIT?(high intensity interval training) The cardio max and pure cardio are pretty intense, i didnt know if that is what they are considered? and if not what would be?! THANKS!!

    I've done two rounds of Insanity. I believe its the definition of High Intenstiy Interval Training.

    Yeah I would. I hit my max heart rate on almost every workout.

    yes it is high intensity- turned on its head--instead of lots of low workout with a few HIIT- it is mostly HIIT followed by short periods of recovery time.
