How do I know how much weight I am gaining per week?

With the weight fluctuating daily, how can I find if I am clean bulking? Do I just verify my weight every Mondays or something like that? I just want to make sure I am bulking at slow rate(0,5lbs to 1lb per week). So what do you all do during your bulk?

    Track weight daily, use one of the aforementioned apps or just input it on a spreadsheet. Look at the overall trend!

    Take 4-6 weeks worth of data and figure out your average weight gain per week.

    My method is to weigh Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday and to take an average of those days.

    I'm using the happy scale iPhone app. Enter your weight daily and it will average it out for you over a week/month.... If your trend is showing 2lbs per month gained you're good to go. If not you adjust.
