Restarting my fitness journey 4 weeks postpartum with 1st newborn. 140 pre pregnancy, 190 at delivery, and currently 170lb. I have 30lbs of baby weight to lose & looking for friends to share their diary for encouragement.

    I just had a baby too. She's 7 weeks old. I was 174 prepregnancy (still had some baby weight from my 2 year old) I delivered at 216 and I'm 184 now. I want to get back down to 166lbs. Please send me a friend request and we can support each other!

    I'm also looking for people with newborns. I've lost all my pregnancy weight but I have 37 pounds of pre-pregnancy weight that I'm trying to lose. Feel free to add me. :smile:

    Im 6weeks postpartum. Started at 128 and got up to 165. Im currently 147 and trying to lose 22lbs so I can get down to 125lbs.
