Full body 3 day split?

Hi,

I'm trying to put together a 3 day full body program for weight lifting, and am looking for examples or suggestions of how I can do this . I've been doing BODY Pump for last couple of years, but I don't really know what is an effective program with heavier weights. I would appreciate any advice on how I could split this, and which exercises to do for each muscle group. Also I do cardio classes Monday, Thursday and Saturday, so I ideally would fit weights around these either on the rest days or on the same days if OK to do so.
