            water, because I eat for energy0

            water, I don't like too many calories in my stomach before working out or I am likely to get ill0

            Coffee. Because I love the stuff and caffeine.0

            Anything with a bunch of caffeine and DMAA. Getting harder to find though, for the latter. I hate the FDA sometimes.0

            I have a coffee and some water before early AM sessions; otherwise, nothing. I try to stay well-hydrated during the day so I don't typically need anything extra.0

            Image sports 4D Pump tasty isnt perfect but works good. I also used to use Napalm Mini gun both are great with ZERO tingle. My husband also has used 4D and he liked it too.0
