Need to lose 60 lbs - need some accountabuddies!

Hi, I've been on MFP since 2011, but only recently have tried connecting to "friends". Hoping it can increase my accountability. I am 49 years old and 213 lb. I have slowly increased my weight over the years. Need to make some changes and would like some support.

    You got this! Feel free to send me a friend request. I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Weight Loss specialist. I started tracking again to really lock things in so feel free to take a look at my food diary. The important thing is figuring out the proper caloric deficit for you to lose weight without destroying your metabolism. Always happy to help

    I too am 49 and have about the same goals in mind. I have just started yesterday with this program and am seeing results right away. So far so good. I know I shouldn't weigh myself everyday but it keeps me on track and motivated. Good luck on your journey.

    I'm new here too. I'm 45 and now weigh 270. Dr said I need to lose this weight because she's afraid of my heart going bad. If you can do this,then maybe I can too. Please send me a friend request.
