Hello. My diary is open to the public if you want to take a personal look at my food consumption. Recently, I have been educating myself on the different types of food and the effects they have during weight loss. For awhile, I was working out and didn't see much results. One day, I finally decided to use MFP to begin tracking what I ate. Three months have passed since I've started using MFP and I am now currently seeing significant results. I realized that an appropriate food regimen and exercise go hand in hand. This means that by doing both at the same time, it would accelerate my weight loss. Also, I realized that a healthy diet is key losing weight and maybe even more important than exercise. Furthermore, I intend to continue using MFP for the rest of the year to reach my goals!
