Back After Getting Fat - Time to Prep for the Wedding

My name's Ed, I used to be on here frequently until life kind of took over and I got lazy. Was on here last time to get in shape to propose to my girlfriend, but I am now back because she said yes, and I have a year until the wedding that I want to get in shape for (and for myself of course - that should be a given.)

I love to cook, and used to work as a sous chef until my career took me a different way so I love swapping recipes. Glad to be back
