Day 3 of a consistent diet follow up... no carbs...no sugar ( tasted a Lil bit of chocolate cake as I made it for my son :))) n thats it... 25mins of workout.... writing in my diary and sticking to my fav foods - veggies and chicken .... am down 1 kg .... yippee.... 9.9 kgs to go....am gonna get there this time !!!!
