Oh my goodness...You're so skinny!

So I was a teacher before I became a stay-at-home mother. This morning at the gym I ran into one of my previous kindergarteners and his mom in the childcare area. I spoke to the little boy who is now in third grade and asked if he knew who I was. All the while the mom was looking at me like who is this lady talking to my son. The little boy didn't recognize me and when I told him who I was his mom's mouth dropped open and she said "Oh my goodness...you're so skinny!" I still have about 25 pounds to lose and definitely don't consider myself skinny, but this comment really made my day!
