I am trying to learn not to worry too much about what the scales say as my clothes are still getting looser  I would love to hear from anyone who is losing inches but maintaining or even gaining weight.

I was in that situation for the last few months. I was losing inches, but no weight. So, my nutritionist and I tweaked my diet, and I started working with a personal trainer and lost 3 pounds in the last month. (Before this, I was working out every day on my own)

Use a tape measurer....not a scale and you will see better results!

that only means that your weight is distributing to other areas of your body.

Yes, the inches definitely seem to show first, wish on some days it was the other way around.

I'm struggling w/ learning this lesson too! As I sit here, I gained 2 lbs this weigh in, even though I have been BELOW my calories and worked out EVERY DAY for the last week. But, when I put on my swim suit, I noticed my belly is much flatter than it used to be. In fact, my bras fit better and I'm sitting here in a shirt that used to be too tight to wear comfortably. So changes are happening! Just not in the direction I'd like to see on my scale.

I do know that my body builds muscle quickly. So I'm hopping the Flab is turning Fab and that's really where the weight is.
Measurement Monday should be enlightening though! It's been a month since my last Measurement Monday!

Thank you! Flab to FAB - I love the sound of that! Glad to hear I'm not on my own with this.

You are most definitely not alone. I was not seeing any progress on my weigth loss either so I started watching my inches. I was pleasantly surprised after two weeks. I think you should track weight and inches. But that is just my opinion. Good Luck!

I'm losing both, but I am more excited by losing the inches!
