    Way to go! And thank you for posting. I will be 49 in a couple of months and have finally gotten serious about losing the 35-40lbs I gained over the past 10 years of having more babies. (I also had a health scare last winter...turned out to just be those lovely peri-menopausal hormones!) Your journey is inspiring - thank you!
