I've always had problems with keeping off weight that I lose. Hopefully I can find people in this group to help keep me motivated. I've gone from 220 to 199. I don't have a goal weight, I just really want to be healthy.

Diets don't work long term. They are merely a temporary solution to a permanent issue. Unless you also incorporate a lifestyle change - one you can stick with - into your weight loss this time around, you can expect the same results as before.0

I say never give up. Keep up the good work I have started,sometimes u have to change things up a little. My main goal is to be healthy ,it used to be to get to 150. But over all its about health for me0
