    Hi claudia. Hope you're enjoying the app as much as I am. Staying consistent with your training and diet is your best bet to get the results you want so I'd focus on that. I'd also recommend you do lots of compound training and build your strength. These are exercises that work out more than one muscle group such as squats, deadlifts, bench press, pullups, back rows and military press. Also do lots of isolation exercises as they will help with developing muscle tone and definition. Anyway, get back to me if you need help with anything else :smile:
