    I bared down and pounded those bad boys out in 5 minutes. 30 right, 30 left, 2 minute break, 30 right, 30 left, 120 down and heart rate up!

    Done! This pressure on my arms after yesterday's dips was a bit much. I did feel it in my tummy. I am still looking for that exercise that tightens the lower abs (between the hips). Perhaps you could insert one of that type some day.

    I'll see what I can do :)

    WOW is all I can say! After the 200 crunches (and man am I feeling those), the tricep dips and then these! What a work out over the past 3 days!

    I am proud to say that I completed all 120!
