    Hey beautiful people,
    Trust we are doing okay. We are almost done the first month, it's amazing how time flys. For those of us who are lagging, don't be discourage, we can still do better. I believe we can all do this. Let's make this a Christmas gift to ourselves.

    Well I posted it in the Google sheet but my weight today was up 1.5. Moving the wrong direction..... I'm hoping its because I started weight training this week. I hear that can make you hold some water for a few days.

    Hope I get better results next week! Everyone else great work and keep at it!
