I need to eat an extra 300 -400 cals to meet my goal. I want to eat at end of day and need a sweet recipe I can make that satisfies my sweet tooth. Any suggestions....

Hello, try pureed frozen banana with some honey, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips or cocoa nibs. Maybe some coconut flakes or something of the sort.1

Are you hungry? If it were me and it was the end of the day, I would just bank the extra calories for the week. The week will balance out itself with the excess calories used and extra calories.1
