I'm in!!! Just got back in the saddle of taking care of myself and my nutrition. Went to the doctor, stepped on the scale and was at my highest since being pregnant. Time for a change!

Total weight lost: 8.2 lbs since 7/29/19
2 lbs per week is pretty aggressive, I aim for 1lb per week but I'm thrilled my efforts have paid off big so far!
