My highest weight was 337 now 285.8, I'm going to lose another 35lbs. I must say its much harder losing weight in your mid 40s than in your 20s or 30s. I've basically done it by using the mfp app to track weight, food & exercise. If i can do it anyone can start slow & make changes over time that you can live with, nobody can change their lifestyle overnight but you can change small things over time
