Hi. My name is Rebecca and I started about 10 days ago again. I am looking to lose some weight and more importantly not feel so yucky and tired. I'm completely plant based now and would love some tips on meeting my protein goals

Hi there, and welcome to MFP! If you're looking for plant based proteins, you might try incorporating some of the following into your diet:
*beans & lentils
*nuts & seeds
*spirulina
*nutritional yeast
*quinoa
Obviously, you would need to look at all their nutritional facts and how they work with your weight loss goal, but maybe that will give you a place to start. Best of luck!0 -
Thanks for the info. I love quinoa and nuts and seeds, I can tolerate beans and lentils. The hard part is getting it to fit into such a low calorie diet. Are you plant based also?0
