How often do you guys weigh yourself?? Do you take your measurements as well? I haven't weighed myself in almost a month...and I THINK I've lost more weight...but I'm afraid to find out! because if I haven't I'll get discouraged. How do you guys stay motivated if you don't lose but you worked hard enough that you should have??

I try SO hard not to weigh all the time, but I find myself stepping on the scale everyday. Actually, I'm getting better b/c I usually weigh every other day now:happy: My excuse for weighing that often is that it keeps me on my toes and I know where I stand all the time! I guess it's just a personal thing! I think you should weigh if you feel lighter...that just might be the boost you need :)
Good luck & let us know:flowerforyou:

Do you keep-up with your meals?
Do you keep-up with your exercise time?

I weigh-in once a week (Sunday mornings), and I have never measured anything.

My weight loss has been slow. The first time - my wife was doing WeightWatcher's & I did it with her. I lost weight much more quickly than she did & I did NO exercising.

This time - she isn't doing anything. I exercise more than 2hrs per week (swim/bike/run - started doing triathlons a few years ago). I have lost just ONE pound.

However, I have gotten better about portion-control (looking at the reports for caloric intake - I am on a downward trend). I know you plateau. I know when you only want to lose a little weight - 15lbs for me - it is harder. That being said - I am getting frustrated. I hope this week's weigh-in is better.
