6 Day Split Routine

Normally I'll go to the gym 4 times a week, 3 days I'll do a fully body workout which alternates and focusing on compound lifts with some accessory work. The other day I'll do legs.

However next week is my last week off, and to make the most of it I want to go to the gym Monday to Saturday. Each day I'm guessing j would have to switch body parts? Any good routines or links to look at? Thanks

    One week won't make any significant difference. Especially if you don't plan to train after that. I personally do a push pull legs routine which allows me to train up to 6x a week

    So would you reccomended a push pull legs over say ''Monday - Chest/Tris, Tuesday - Back, shoulders'' etc?

    yeah - push pull legs for a week - tons of gainz!

    If it's just one week, do whatever program you like - it's not going to make a bit of difference however you do it.
