What percentage of protein do we need vs percentage of fat. Mine is usually 20% protein and 75% fat. I want to be sure this is ok. Thanks!!

    I get 25% protein, 35% fat

    It's up to you. Think more in terms of the number of grams you're getting then adjust your percentages accordingly (in 5% increments). Generally .8 grams per pound of lean body mass is the minimum, up to 1 gram per pound of body weight.

    Yes, that.

    An easier way to approximate that may be .6-.8g per pound of a healthy goal weight, if you find it difficult to estimate lean body mass (there are calculators out there, BTW).

    A bit of extra protein won't hurt a healthy person in any case.
