Hi! I have had this account but I never really used it but now I am going use it daily now. I am starting by non judgmentally just tracking and gradually cutting back. If I start with something too low, I rebound. I'm gonna see how many calories I can eat & still loose. I hope to get under 2000 daily. Oh, I'm 5ft 7in and 158.2 today... goal weight is 136. I am a cyclist which accounts for the higher calorie start point. I will not be tracking my rides on this app cuz it messes up my calories. Also, beginning next week I am experimenting with decreasing my rides and starting weight training & hiit instead because my body just does not seem to be responding to hours and hours on the bike and I am burning out... that was long. :)
