Hey! Im 24 from Ayrshire in Scotland and looking to lose weight and get fit. Started a bit of running and changing my eating habits just on here to get advice and see where others are in their journey :)

    I'm a Brummie
    I'm also a veteran of the weight wars.
    This is my 2nd time around.
    Lost 93lbs 2yrs ago, went back to my old ways and gained some back.
    Started back 1st of August, doing well thus far.
    Hopefully I will have dropped the regain and get to goal by Xmas.
    We can do this...
