My point was that protein powder is just protein in powdered form. If you are in a position that you need food stamps then I would prioritise food that will leave you fuller and be more nutrient dense and you will get a lot more meals from it.4 -

Well, my_jurnee, you can always do what the others suggested and buy actual food. I don't know of any protein powder you can get with food stamps, at least here in California.0
