Really you just have to reduce body fat. Strength training can improve definition, but you can't spot reduce.0

The science behind the body clearly states you can not target a specific area and lose there. U can target and gain only such as weights. You'll have to sprint or jump rope to lose fat. The way the body thinks, if you're doing a lot of moving, the body will shed fat in order to maximize and perform efficiently. It'll shed the fat and build muscle if you jump rope/sprint at least 3-4x a week. This is proven science. Google sprinters bodies and marathon builder bodies. One runs long and hard, one runs fast and in spurts. Fast gets the lean muscle, slow and long gets rail thin. It's ur choice. Whatever u do, sit-ups won't work. Promise u that0
