I've just started the journey to be better to myself, getting moving, and making healthy choices. I've logged for 10 days straight and I feel good when I get moving

Welcome and congratulations on making that first step. Doing that myself....again.
Logging is important - I try to really log everything even if it's bad and goes over my goals....I use it to see where my weaknesses are and since I figured out I emotionally eat it helps me...lets me track what I really need to make adjustments to.0 -
I fall off the wagon and make bad choices at work.0
