I know that we are suppose to be exercising but there is always opportunity to se and take pictures of amazing things in our travels. Anyone interested in sharing pictures?

Thanks. I originally checked the post because some bugs do, in fact, make me shudder and I wanted to see how that fit in with fitness and exercise.
For the original poster, your picture is lovely.
Mine is from last winter. We live under the Niagara escarpment. In our city there are 5 sets of stairs from the top to the bottom. This is the set close to my house 500 steps. We used to run them. Now it's a slow(ish) plod but the scenery is great.

That looks like quite a workout and no buildings needed!I believe I would be plodding too.

Thanks. We live in Hamilton Ontario. It's a long time steel city that has been overlooked by a lot of people as too industrial.1
