I'm a little late to the party, but I am going to try! I definitely need the motivation and support, and the kickstart to start my weight loss back up!1

My goal was to lose 8 lbs in September, but my fiancee and I decided to start today instead of after Labor Day, so I could get to 10 lbs!!! 6 days strict calories, three cardio and three lifting. Since football starts this week, Saturdays are going to be a 'free' day. I am ready to be focused!!2

Three pounds a week isn't healthy. The recommend rate of loss is 1-2 pounds a week.0 -

Not sure how and when we report, I lost 1 pound from my last weigh-in. I try to get on the scale a few times a week but it is too frustrating to not see the numbers go down. So, I am now only going to do it once per week. (I am down 26 lbs. since starting in January.)0
