Starting out

Just getting started with the workouts using my fitness pal, and I have been busting my rear end in the gym sometimes twice a day. Unfortunately after logging my food, this app has increased my caloric intake, and I can't hardly keep up with the food that I need to eat. I've always heard that you need to burn more than you eat. Yet, I haven't seem to have lost any. Any input will be helpful.

I workout a lot too and found that eating back my calories didn't work for me. Maybe it is because I'm older. I found staying around 1700 cals did the trick for me regardless of how much exercise I was getting.0
