If anyone has any advice on cutting; like which foods to eat or stay away from, please feel free to share with me... I just need tips so I can optimize these GAINZ!!

    What I can advice is you dont need to stay away from any foods but just eat in moderation. Lets say per meal you can just stick to your calories( e.g : breakfast 400 calories, lunch 400, ,snack 200 then dinner 350.)

    As far as my fitness pal is concerned, I need to be taking in 2800 kcals a day...
