Whole 30

I'm doing whole 30 is there anyway for me to gear the fitness pal app towards that as Fars nutritional goals because they're different on whole 30

I'm with you. I started on the 19th. Weird to start mid month but figured I'd do it while inspired. I have not figured out the app yet either, but I think the Whole 30 recommends not tracking at all. That said, I'm tracking anyway just to get a sense of what I'm eating and what nutrients it has. Have noticed very little sugar but more carbs than I expected. Good luck to you! Day 5 for me and feel really good.0
