After measuring and climbing on the scale this morning I am beyond happy and I want to hear everyone else's success to!
Lost weight? Lost inches? Maintained? Gained? Etc.
I am now down a total of 25 lbs & down:
Neck: .5"
Chest:3.25"
Chest under tata's/ribcage: 2.75"
Arm: 1.5"
Waist: 2.5"
Hips: 2.5"
Thigh: 2.5"
I still have about 40'ish more pounds to loose but I'm getting there!

I'm down 17lbs from 250 to 243! I haven't felt this great in a long time.2

Got none to talk about this week. Sorry. I'm not to the point of posting a lamentation or a jeremiad, but I am a wee bit frustrated.0

I just returned from vacation - 4 days in Disney World, 7 days on a Royal Caribbean Cruise ship - ONLY GAINED .7 pounds!!! So excited.6

Been having a crappy week. I am falling slightly off the wagon. But the success is that i have still honestly logged everyday.2

I'm less than 1lb to my goal weight.

I know it's anal to count the .2 but that's just the way I roll lol8 -
I just started 7 days ago but I am proud that I walked about 15 miles this week plus swimming and weight lifting. Stayed within my calories or under. I managed to keep going when joints were being stupid. And I walked away from really yummy chocolate brownies. Small things but happy nonetheless.5

I realized im 15 pds away from.my.goal hope to be there by xmas! .. so happy4

I lost 4 pounds since my last weigh in (two weeks ago), so now I'm 6 pounds away from 300, and I'm down 37 pounds all together since I started losing weight back in March...yay!8

I started on Aug 1st. So month one I have lost 7lbs and as of last week 11.5". I need to measure again soon.6

I'm back here! Seriously, it's back to the basics for me! Logging food, drinking water, making a point to walk more.2

I lost 3lbs at my weigh in on Sunday and have got back on track this week after overindulging a little Sunday and Monday.2

Mine is probably weird. After swimming, biking, and running for two solid weeks (triathlon training) I got a terrible head cold and had to take three days off (yikes). That usually means danger-danger I'll take forever to get back into working out, but not this time! I got in the pool last night and did just 35 minutes of drills. I still can't breathe good but I haven't given up. I'll run tonight5

I took off my vacation weight gain and should hit 65 lbs lost this week!6

Just came back from Canada , gained 12 lbs, I believe it's mostly bloat, thank God lost 8 lbs already . Also hurt my knee when away1

Had a couple of people comment that I was looking trim today! Bought some new jeans- uk size 10. Think they are cut on the large side but still, pleased. Lost around 3 lb this week and have around 15 lb to target.1

This week I smashed through my 'comfortable weight. I always get to about 141-142 start feeling myself a little too much then start getting lax with my workouts and eating junk. Then before I know it I'm 20lbs up and all morose about what could have been. Not this time! Not only did I blow past 142 but I'm now down to 137.8 and super close to my first goal weight of 135. I feel so incredible and empowered.5
