No, ma'am - that's not how it works. If one eats at a deficit, they WILL lose weight. Eating too little is bad because one likely will not get the necessary nutrients they need to function.

OP - are you weighing your food? If not, you are eating more than you think. Additionally, it's only been 3 days. It didn't take 3 days to gain weight, it certainly won't be lost in 3 days.
